Apt aku ni tak ada tunggakan Maintenance, air, electric &amp; lain2. Dah settle dah benda tu, cuma 1 aje yang aku minta. Sesiapa yang nak beli tu kena honour rental agreement dengan tenant tu untuk 2 tahun. So kalau beli untuk investment ok lah, tapi kalau beli untuk plan duduk kat sana kena tunggu lagi 2 tahun lah. Ada ok? 

Lupa lak nak bagi tau, maintenance charges bulan2 RM85.

Anyway, better gi survey dulu lah. Jangan gopoh... hehehe</description>

Ingat tip beli propety lelong.... ada tungakan maintenance, tax, air, letrik,  caveit dll .

1)ada rumah nama mak&amp;ayah aku...MV50k++(dah cash)...aku tanya bank kalo nk cagar amik OD blh ttak?diorg suggest amik homeflexi...rate 3.7% ke 4%....cagar OD jarang buat....ntahle....so aku ingat nk amik homeflexi jek...tp cash tuk lawyer &amp;stamping takde dah....(dah wat booking rumah)...
any idea?
